Not Quite…

“Hi, Mom! Want me to hold still for a picture?”

“Yes, Sweetie-pea.”

“That picture felt kind of sticky, Mom…

but I know you really just want to make my eyes turn green with that flash!”

“Not quite. I really wanted to get a shot of that ‘Miss Dole’ sticker on your head, my little angel.”

I do too and although I’ve not yet written from my dog’s perspective I have written about her because she is my shadow. As a rescue she was so sweet and timid I just wanted to give her a forever home where she could be safe. Nine years later I have a cute little psycho dog (my affectionate term) on my hands depending on what’s happening at the moment.

That’s Cee-Cee, too! I rescued her six years ago, and she is my constant shadow! All my life I’ve had rescues, and I think they express gratitude by shadowing us! 🙂

So cute. I love those sweet loving eyes. The sticker looks lovely. My grandson wears those too. 🙂

Lovely photos. When my children were little, they would give me stickers to wear on my suit to work. These are such warm signs of love, aren’t they? I enjoyed the visit. 🙂
